Very good service
Very good service, quick delivery with an hours time slot which is fab. Customer service rep Becca was an absolute diamond in arranging a replacement item for me, kept me updated and responded very quickly to my emails. Thank you Becca it was a pleasure dealing with you.

1.5 litre mini fridge…
Purchased a blue 1.5 litre mini fridge from 60 stores for £59.99
they were very efficient to deal with.
The fridge arrived three days after I placed order, unfortunately it had a manufacturing fault on the door no fault of the company.
I contacted them and was assigned to Becca and she arranged a replacement immediately I was very impressed how she organised every so I have no hesitation to recommend this company.
Thanks again Becca the service was first class.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Charlotte in Sixty Stores today, she gave me the time to explain the predicament I was in and meet our requirements. Charlotte was quick to respond with an email afterwards confirming all that she said she would do to resolve the problem that had occurred. Charlotte remained polite and understanding throughout the telephone conversation with me. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience Charlotte.

Website was good but had slight issue with delivery address. I must say Charlotte resolved the problem in aftersales and resolved the issue without fuss or issue.Very professional.

Really easy to order, great customer service from Becca when I thought I had entered my email incorrectly. She responded with all the info I could have wanted before I even asked, then helpfully resent my invoice. Very quick responses too. Product is a gift, so hasn’t been used yet, but ordering, delivery and customer service has all be great!

The fridge I bought broke down, so I contacted customer services. I spoke to "Naomi" who was absolutely fantastic. There was no messing around. She replied to emails promptly. She organised the collection, got the fridge checked and replaced with no trouble. A brilliant service. Thanks Naomi.

Very Happy.
Ordered an IceQ 70ltr fridge from MiniFridge. The communication was great and the fridge arrived promtly the next day. Set it up and it is now keeping our drinks nice and cold. Really happy with this purchase and company. Well done MiniFridge
Damaged mini fridge
I bought a mini fridge which was damaged on arrival.
It took some time to find a telephone number to actually speak to someone. Then a while to get someone to answer. After emailing the address I was given, Becca replied very promptly. She dealt with the issue efficiently and replied to all emails quickly.
So although I had an initial problem with the item I purchased, the service I received when I eventually contacted Becca was prompt and efficient.
More Excellent Support from Charlotte
Mini fridge failed after only 4 weeks; not a great start! Contacted company and Charlotte responded promptly and fully, initially with routine checks for correct set-up. Yes, everything was connected correctly, unit had simply failed. Advising Charlotte of this, she arranged collection next day to return the unit for investigation. Within a couple of days of collection she advised a replacement was on its way; this was delayed by the courier but did arrive so hopefully second time lucky. Charlotte kept me informed throughout in a timely, courteous and helpful manner. Thank you.

Great customer service from Charlotte! My fridge stopped working after a couple of months (probably the cooling system) and Charlotte got a courier to pick it up for testing and she’s send a brand new one to me as well! All within a couple of days.
Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Delivery swift. Price good. Fridge great. But why will Minifridge not provide an invoice? I have used their online contact form twice and been ignored. When I phone neither their customer service, accounts or sales options ever pick up. It is my hope that they will see this review. Note the order ref and send me an invoice. This item was for my business and I need an invoice for tax and VAT purposes. Come on Mini Fridge. Sort this out.

Promised next day delivery. Rang up customer services no less than 8 times. Hanging on for ages, often as long as half hour and either giving up as can’t get through or phone cuts off. Got through 3 times of which got cut off twice while speaking. Eventually got through and promised delivery on its way. Rang delivery company who said it’s in their warehouse and won’t be with me today but now tomorrow morning by 1pm. Still not arrived. Poor service and which I’d checked reviews first.
